During this time, Kanye West's social media activity was considered to be at its most erratic. A reading of it suggested that it could be fueled by (misguided) love and passion (for a lost relationship). I wanted to dissect his social media activity, discard anything that can be regarded as superfluous or overly aggressive, and highlight more productive ways for him to articulate his feelings.
At their core, I feel like Ye's posts are his way of expressing & experiencing grief, and that he truly believes these to be some form of love letters addressed to Kim Kardashian. Kanye, as a man who doesn't like to be questioned, might be in a better situation if he second-guessed his inclinations and censored himself (like this piece).
